HAAS MARCHES OFF WITH THE MILLIONS FOLLOWING EPIC FOOTJOY SHOWDOWN AT TOUR CHAMPIONSHIP

Seemingly down-and-out after hitting his approach shot into the water, the 29 year-old son of Champions Tour star, Jay Haas remained completely calm under the utmost of pressure to miraculously splash out to within 3-feet and save his par. This promptly set up a par at the next hole, which was good enough to claim a total prize of $11.4million.
The momentous Sunday afternoon saw FootJoy ambassadors claim the Top 3 positions in the final FedEx Cup standings, with Haas narrowly piping Webb Simpson and Luke Donald to the jackpot prize. The victory vaults Haas up to 20th place in the Official World Golf Rankings and puts him in with a fantastic chance of claiming the one remaining captain’s pick for the United States Presidents Cup Team. Runner-up, Mahan jumps up five places to 18th in the World.
